Instructions

1. 📂 Download the dummy data from this Google Drive link.
2. ⬆️ Click on the "Upload" button to upload:
   • After extracting the zip, you should see a folder named "10253", which contains two folders: "0" and "1". Upload "10253" for "Please upload the folder containing images".
   • Upload the JSON file for "Please upload the JSON file containing prediction data".
3. 📊 View the visualization for case 10253 on the canvases.
4. 📖 Check the "Introduction" section for more details about this visualization.

Introduction

Cellmap is an app intended to enable machine learning researchers to visualize the prediction results over the input images to gain a better understanding towards the model and potential improvement. By uploading the prediction in json format as well as the corresponding image(s), the visualizations will be then displayed in the canvas(es) and other supportive panels.
